The Laurels of Huber Heights

The Laurels of Huber Heights is a 96-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center serving Huber Heights and Northern Montgomery County. Our location is less than a mile from Interstate 70 and allows for easy access to downtown Dayton and the surrounding area. We offer comprehensive medical care to both extended-stay guests and those seeking a positive and compassionate environment for short-term rehabilitation, respite or hospice care. 

Our short-term rehabilitation programs include physical, occupational and speech therapy and are designed to help our guests move from hospital to home as quickly as possible. A dedicated rehab unit offers private and semi-private rooms, and our in-house therapy staff works closely with guests' personal physicians to design customized rehab care plans. Guests participate in rehabilitation within our 2000 square foot, state-of-the-art gym. When a guest graduates from an inpatient stay, he or she can continue to receive rehab services from trusted Laurel therapists through our Outpatient Program.
